Expectations
- Your role as the Facilities Specialist is maintaining, cleaning, and fixing all of the stores machines such as our:
DQ Soft Serve Blizzard Machines
Slush Machine
Oil vats
Hood Vents, as well as any other specific areas in the store that require fixing. - Taking count and care of truck orders, fitting company needs.
- Upholding the preservation and cleanliness needed to pass all health inspections.
- Be a willing team player and maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members
- Create and maintain a positive, safe, clean and inviting environment for fans and team members
- At all times exhibit a genuine passion for excellence
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
- Have an open, varied availability that will benefit business needs
Requirements
- Communicate positively and respectfully with fans and co-workers
- Work well under pressure while maintaining a great attitude
- Comfortable standing for entire shift and able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to handle raw, frozen, and cooked food products as well as products in and out of the temperature danger zone (41-140F)
- Practice established food handling procedures and meet any local health regulations
- Exhibit great manners, proper personal hygiene, and promptness to work
- Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times!
- Be able to handle heavy, fragile equipment without damaging or obstructing property
- Basic knowledge on regular maintenance
- Open availability to stand-by for in-house calls
Please note that our ranged pay depends greatly on prior experience & your availability.
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
